Health Screening Program

Knowing the health status is of prime importance if the healthcare delivery network is to be planned to meet anticipated demands. The disease load calculation and an idea of preparing the services delivery at preventive, primary, secondary and even tertiary level are two sides of the balance

Nirog Bharat Centres under Community Health Mission network are planned to be stationed and made mobile to cover each taluk so that the health screening can be conducted for entire population irrespective of age or gender or class. The screening program will include taking note of height, weight, BMI, temperature, blood sugar, blood pressure, ECG, BMD, Haemoglobin and also certain other critical tests like complete Haemogram, Hb1AC, cholesterol, lipid profile, liver function tests, kidney function tests, electrolytes and even urine analysis.

Going further, the centres will also be equipped with test kits for various endemic diseases, epidemics and other public health issues. The search for most cost effective screening methods for various prevalent cancers is also been done so that an effective solution can be introduced to get comprehensive health screening program in place.

The screening data will be stored digitally in complete compliance with the new DISHA Act and all measures of keeping data secured, confidential and with all privacy concerns will be adopted. There will be an open source data analytics system built-in so as to achieve the best outcomes of the proposed exercise which helps various stakeholders in taking evidence based decisions for budgeting and planning their services around the given population & the clusters.

We seek alliances in establishing our Nirog Bharat centres and also request for whole hearted support from interested companies and organizations to help us achieve the health screening targets by donating generously towards the cause. Note that all such donations made are exempted under section 80G of income tax act of India and attract exemptions to tune of 50%.
